PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Paul Pepperman is a Portfolio Manager in the Personal Investment Advisory and First Vice President-Investments. He earned his CFM designation in 1998, CIMA designation in 2002 and CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. in 2006. He is the Resident Director of the Merrill Lynch Encino office and began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1984. Paul and his wife Jackie have two daughters and Paul is very active in the local community where he serves on the board of his daughter's high school.

Chip Humphries is a Portfolio Manager in the Personal Investment Advisor program and a Senior Financial Advisor. He earned his CFM designation in 1998 and CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. in 2006. Chip began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1996. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics and lettered in tennis for 3 years. He is the Director of the Bruin Professionals Valley organization. Chip and his wife Alissa have two children and are active in their support for UCLA.

Val Dowling is a Senior Registered Client Associate. She began her career at Merrill Lynch in 1984.

Rebecca Simpson is a Financial Advisor. She began her career at Merrill Lynch in 2006.
